Bulgogi

Bulgogi (bahasa korea api, dan 고기 daging) adalah masakan daging bakar asal Korea. Tapi resep yang ini saya buat sesuai selera suami saya...hehehe...dibuat agak berkuah dan lebih manis dibanding yakiniku. Disini saya memakai marinade yang sudah jadi...
Kata suami saya rasanya enak kok...hehehe...
Eh ya bagi yang kesulitan menemukan bumbu bulgoginya saya juga menuliskan resep bulgogi yang bukan instant...selamat mencoba ;)















Resep saya (gambar diatas):
Bahan:
250 gr daging has, iris tipis
½ bgks Korean Bulgogi Meat Marinade
1 bh paprika hijau kecil, iris memanjang
1 bh bawang bombai kecil, iris memanjang
1 sdm kecap manis
1 sdm saus cabe botolan (optional)
1 sdt Minyak wijen
1 sdm wijen, sangrai
Garam
Merica
Air
Margarin untuk menumis

Cara Membuat:
  1. Iris daging tipis-tipis lalu pukul-pukul hingga tipis
  2. Rendam irisan daging dengan saus Korean Bulgogi Meat Marinade selama 1 jam atau lebih, sisihkan
  3. Tumis bawang bombai hingga harum, masukkan paprika, masak hingga harum
  4. Masukkan daging yang sudah dimarinade, aduk hingga daging berubah warna rata, masukkah merica, garam, kecap manis, cabe botolan, dan jika ingin sedikit berkuah beri air sedikit, aduk rata
  5. Ketika hampir matang, masukkan minyak wijen, aduk rata
  6. Matang, matikan kompor, taburi wijen yang sudah di sangrai, sajikan hangat

Note:
Kenapa minyak wijen dimasukkan belakangan agar aromanya tidak menguap
Saya juga menambahkan beberapa bahan yang tidak ada diresep aslinya seperti sambel botol karena menginginkan rasa sedikit pedas.


BOUL KOH KEE
ala Korean

Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs of lean or sirloin beef
1/3 cup of soy sauce
1/3 cup of sesame oil
3 tbs of red wine
2 tbs of starch syrup
2 tbs of minced garlic
1/2 of medium-sized onion
3 tbs of brown sugar
2 tbs of crushed pine nuts
2 tbs of soda (7up)
1/2 tsp of green tea powder
1/2 tsp of black paper
1 tbs of roasted sesame

Directions
  1. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, red wine, starch syrup, minced garlic and pepper in a bowl
  2. Blend the onion and the soda, and put in the bowl together, mix it, that is for the marinade
  3. Put the meat into another bowl, and add the brown sugar, green tea powder, mix well
  4. After mix them together, add the seasoning into the bowl, and mix them well
  5. After this done, you can directly cook it or let it be for an hour or more
  6. How to cook the meat: Let the pan hot first and after that put the meat one by one on the pan, and cooked it until the both side done. But you can also BBQ the Boul Koh Kee, or cooked it in preheat oven, either way it would be delicious
  7. After everything is done, pun on the plate and sprinkle sesame seed on it
  8. You can wrap the Boul Koh Kee in the lettuce or sesame leaf when you eat it for fibber and nutrient, and also to make a new flavored to the taste

Note:

Green tea is great for breaking down fat
Soda makes meat tender
Taste better if you eat Boul Koh Kee fresh cook
