Egg Foo Yung (Poo Yung Hai)

Hari ini saya dapet resep dari temen saya di seberang lautan lagi niy, tapi pasti dah pada kenal ya sama Poo Yung Hai...hihihi...tapi temen saya mengirimnya dalam Bahasa Inggris lagi niy, nggak nyambung ya, masakan oriental tapi resepnya in english...tapi nggak papa ya, sekalian kita semua belajar bersama ;)














INGREDIENTS:
eggs, beaten
crab meat, chopped
small shrimp, thinly sliced
salt
pepper
garlic
green onion, nicely chopped

FOO YUNG SAUCE:
chicken bouillon
water
ketchup (ini saus tomat yaa...)
vinegar
finely chopped onion
garlic
ginger, chopped
peas (medium can size)
shredded carrots
cornstarch

DIRECTIONS
  1. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add the ingredients, salt and pepper. Mix together.
  2. Heat oil in a medium skillet or wok and fry until firm. When all of the mixture is browned, set aside.
  3. To Make Sauce: Dissolve the bouillon in the hot water in a small saucepan; and blend well over medium heat. Meanwhile sautee the onion, garlic and then ginger. add the bouillon mixture. Add shredded carrots and peas afterwards. After the veggies are tender, add ketchup and mix of water and cornstarch. stir until thick and smooth. Serve with Egg Foo Yung. Serve hot.
